Paper Mill Studio was registered as a business name in Ontario, Canada in 2013. It was largely to hold and share the work and collaborations of a family of artists, creators and makers. By times the family has done work involving photography, illustration, painting, ceramics, sculpture and textiles, in 2D and 3D. The family collaborations between commercial photographer and print maker R.J. (Jim) Cochrane; graduate architect, painter and illustrator Emma Cochrane and the graphic designer, collage and textile artist Edie Wawrychuk. Luke Cochrane, young man of mystery, computer graphics and sometime painter, has decided to also participate. Ninety year old M.I. (Peggy) Cochrane paints less these days but we think people will enjoy some of her work as prints. (Deceased 2017_aged 96)
